   • Content containing hate speech or discrimination
   • Sexually explicit content involving minors

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Content (Story Prompts)

• You retain all ownership rights to the story prompts you provide to the Service.
• By submitting prompts, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI models solely to provide the Service.
• We do not claim ownership of your prompts or use them for any purpose other than generating your requested stories.

Generated Stories

• Ownership: You own the stories generated by the Service based on your prompts, subject to the following:

  • The stories are substantially original outputs created in response to your specific prompts
  • The stories do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • You have paid applicable credits or fees for generation

• License Grant: You receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display generated stories for personal or commercial purposes.

• All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to:

Limitation of Liability
